Ingredients of Vegan Mushroom Tomyum:

  • 2 c. Mushroom Broth
  • 2 stalls Lemongrass
  • 3 kafir leave
  • 1 inch galangal
  • 5 Chilli
  • 1 c. Assorted mushroom
  • Seasonning
  • 2 Tbsp Vegan Fish Sauce
  • 2.5 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Chilli Paste (nam prik pao) optional
  • Garnish
  • 1 Tbsp chopped Culantro
  • 1 Tbsp chopped Coriander
  • 1 julliened red chilli

Method for "Vegan Mushroom Tomyum":

  1. Heat the broth until boiled then add the herbs until it reboiled again add the mushroom
  2. Untill cooked seasoning with vegan fish sauce, lime, and sugar. Tastes should be sour salty and a tiny bit of sweet ending
