  • Half pack Mushrooms halved
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp dry coriander
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup quinua or cuscus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can drained chickpease
  • Parsly to garnish
