  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup cooked millet
  • Half pint cherry tomatoes
  • Half green or red bell pepper, chopped
  • Half red onion, sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method for "BBQ roasted chickpea bowls (vegetarian / vegan)":

  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. Toss chickpeas with your favorite BBQ sauce
  3. Toss vegetables with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste
