  • 2 EX LG Spaghetti Squash [halved]
  • Dash Granulated Garlic Powder
  • Dash Granulated Onion Powder
  • Dash Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • as needed Olive Oil Spray [to seal seasonings on squash]
  • ● For The Sauce
  • 1 lb 80/20 Hamburger Meat [drained - optional]
  • 2 LG Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Chopped Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Chopped Orange Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Chopped Green Bell Pepper
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Red Onions
  • 4 oz Can Minced Black Olives
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Vidalia Onions
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 1 (4 oz) Can Drained Chopped Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Fine Minced Garlic
  • 2 Cans Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar [or more]
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 2 tsp Pureed Basil
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1/3 Cup Quality Red Wine
  • 1-4 oz Can Tomato Paste
  • Dash Quality Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese [+ reserves for topping]

  • Toasted Garlic Bread [with garlic butter]
