Ingredients of Oxtail Soup in Slow Cooker:

  • 500 grams oxtail
  • 3 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 3 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp grated mace
  • 1/4 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups beef broth (or 2 cups of water with bullion cubes)
  • 1 tbsp chopped celery

Method for "Oxtail Soup in Slow Cooker":

  1. Put everything except chopped celery in slow cooker.
  2. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW 6-8 hours.
  3. Set to WARM and put chopped celery about 15 minutes before serving.
