Oxtail Soup in Slow Cooker

Ingredients of Oxtail Soup in Slow Cooker:
- 500 grams oxtail
- 3 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 3 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp grated mace
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups beef broth (or 2 cups of water with bullion cubes)
- 1 tbsp chopped celery
Method for "Oxtail Soup in Slow Cooker":
- Put everything except chopped celery in slow cooker.
- Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW 6-8 hours.
- Set to WARM and put chopped celery about 15 minutes before serving.
