- 1/2 cup white oats
- 2 bananas
- 3 dates
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp coconut flakes
- 10 almond nuts

- Pre-soak your oats in warm water for 5min. to be easy to blend and digest
- In a blender, add oats and almond then blend well
