  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 5 spinach leaves
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1/2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tsp honey or agave
  • 1 cup water

Method for "Green Smoothie Bowl":

  1. Mix the ripe bananas, the spinach and the cup of water in the blender.
  2. If is needed add the honey or agave.
  3. Peel the kiwi and cut it.
