Ingredients of Thai Prawns w coconut milk n vegetables:
- Shrimps or Prawns
- 2 can coconut milk
- 3 cloves garlic soaked in olive oil chopped
- Ginger chopped
- Okra tops and bottoms cut
- cubes Squash or kalabasa peeled and cut into
- Ampalaya optional
- Eggplant optional
- String beans cut into 2 inches cut
- 1 onion sliced and softened

- In a hot pot with oil sautÃ© garlic until fragrant then onions until soft then ginger until aroma starts
