Summer vegetable & Wakame Seaweed Salad

Ingredients of Summer vegetable & Wakame Seaweed Salad:
- 1 piece Japanese Cucumber
- 8 pieces Small Tomato (or 1pc large tomato)
- 2 tbsp Dried Wakame Seaweed
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
Method for "Summer vegetable & Wakame Seaweed Salad":
- Nip the tips off of a cucumber. Peel the cucumber in alternating strips. Cut the cucumber into random chunks (bite size).
- Cut small tomatoes into half.
- Soak Wakame Seaweed in water to reconstitute it and wring.
- Combine Sause ingredients and add Cucumbers, Tomatoes and Wakame Seaweed.
