  • 1 cup soy flour sifted
  • 1/2 cup butter, cut into 8 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese

Method for "Soy Flour Quiche Crust (Low-Carb)":

  1. Mix soy flour and parmesan cheese together.
  2. Add butter in sections until mixture starts to crumb.
  3. Gradually add heavy cream and water.
  4. Press dough into pie plate and bake empty crust at 375° for 15 minutes.
