  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 6 imitation crab sticks
  • 18 honewort (mitsuba)
  • peels of Yuzu citrus
  • salmon roe

  1. Boil honewort (mitsuba).
  2. Put 1 imitation crabstick and 1 piece of smoked salmon on a piece of pickles thin-sliced tunips (senmaiduke) and roll it.
