Simple glass noodle salad

Ingredients of Simple glass noodle salad:
- 50 g dry glass noodle
- 1 cucumber
- 40 g ham
- 1 egg
- â50 ml soy sauce
- â30 ml vinegar
- â15 ml sesami oil
- â20 g sugar
- â15 ml water
Method for "Simple glass noodle salad":
- Boil glass noodle for 5 minutes.
- Make a thin omelette and cut into small pieces.
- Cut cucumbers and hams into small pieces and add them to the glass noodle.
- Mix â seasonings all together and pour it on the glass noodle.
- Stay it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
