  • 4 chilli peppers
  • 100 g ginger
  • Kaffir lime leafs
  • Tofu
  • Eggplant
  • Cauliflower
  • Orka
  • Brussel sprouts
  • pods Winged bean
  • Cherry tomatos
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon tumeric powder
  • 3 tablespoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoon fennel powder
  • 100 g coconut shavings
  • Bitter gourd

Method for "Vegan curry":

  1. Prepped in stages
  2. Garlic/ chilli/ ginger/ lime leaf/ coconut shaving, fry lightly with olive oil
  3. In goes cauliflower, sprouts, bitter gourd, winged beans, with saltwater. Season with fennel powder
