Ingredients of Excutive Spicy Okra Soup:
- Goat Meat
- Fresh Tilapia Fish
- Fresh Shrimps
- Stock Fish
- Dreid Fish
- Rolled Up Pomo (cowskin)
- leaves Uzuzia
- African nutmeg and.uda.seeds finely pounded
- fresh yellow pepper finely pounded
- palm oil
- salt and other spices to boil the meat
Method for "Excutive Spicy Okra Soup":
- Season the goat meat with.onions, garlic, fresh pepper, salt and shallot. Then.boil till the skin is soft
- Clean the Fresh Fish and Shrimps then season with small salt, Lime juice, garlic and black.pepper.for about 20 mins to rid it of any smell and make more tasty
- Cut the okra into rings and Dice some for this will make the Okra draw very well
- In the pot with the meat and pomo, Add uour stock fish to cook and soften, add water but not too much cause the soup shouldn't be watery. Add the Dried Fish as well allow to boil and then pour in the Okra and Cookng spoonfull of oil and stir...this is the perfect time to add the Periwinkles
- Add.the fresh fish and shrimp.but not with the skock (you can carefull stir or remove the bones from d fish)
- Then add the pounded spice African nut meg and uda seed. Add the freh pepper and crayfish and hive it a quick stir... Taste for salt and pepper and bullion cubes if you need Lastly, add the Uzuzia leaves and bring down after 2mins...
- The Soup is finally ready. Please note I didnt add cube season because this soup has load of flavours of the sea foods and the different spices...
