Smokey Deviled Eggs

Ingredients of Smokey Deviled Eggs:
- 12 eggs
- 2 t dijon mustard
- 3 T Miracle Whip
- 3/4 t cayenne pepper
- 1 large pinch of kosher salt & black pepper
- to taste smoked paprika;
Method for "Smokey Deviled Eggs":
- Let eggs sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours before cooking. Room temp eggs cook better.
- Cover eggs with warm, salted water and bring to a simmer. Cook for 12 minutes. Stop cooking process immediately by submerging eggs into an ice water bath.
- Wait 5 minutes. Slice each egg in half and place yolks in a mixing bowl.
- Add miracle whip, dijon, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine.
