Cabbage,spinach n onion pakoda

Ingredients of Cabbage,spinach n onion pakoda:
- 1 cup.. Spinach chopped
- 1 cup.. Cabbage chopped
- Half cup.. Onion chopped
- 2 tbs.. All purpose flour
- 3 tbs.. Corn flour
- Green chilli chopped..4
- Salt..as per taste
- Half tsp.. Turmeric powder
- Half tsp.. Garam masala
- 100 ml.. Water
Method for "Cabbage,spinach n onion pakoda":
- First take all Chopped vegetables in a big bowl.
- Then add corn flour and all purpose flour on that..After that add salt,haldi powder,garam masala on that.
- Now mix them properly and add little water to make a soft batter like we use to make for normal pakoda.
- Now heat the oil in a pan and after heating up, add 1 spoon of batter in that carefully or you can use ur hand also.And deep fry them properly from both the sides on medium flame.
- After frying from both the side take them out in a paper towel.
- Now ur crispy,healthy n tasty pakodas are ready for serve...Serve hot with some sliced cabbage n beet or green chutney..n enjoyðð
