Brad's cinnamon roll burger

Ingredients of Brad's cinnamon roll burger:

  • 4 cream cheese frosted cinnamon rolls
  • Butter
  • Sliced tomato
  • Minced sweet onion
  • Mango chutney
  • Prepared onion rings
  • slices Sharp cheddar
  • slices Smoked gouda
  • For the burger
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 4 strips bacon, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 tbs each; worchestershire sauce, brown mustard, molasses

Method for "Brad's cinnamon roll burger":

  1. Mix all burger ingredients. Chill in the fridge up to 1 hour.
  2. Split cinnamon rolls in half.
  3. Heat a large fry pan on medium heat. Melt 1 tbs butter. Place both halves of 2 cinnamon rolls, cut side down, in the pan. Heat till browned. Rinse and dry pan, repeat. Plate rolls.
  4. Form meat mix into 4 patties. Fry or grill to medium rare.
  5. When medium rare, top with 1 slice each of sharp cheddar and smoked gouda. Sprinkle on mince sweet onion. When cheese is melted, place burgers on bottom side of roll.
  6. Top with mango chutney, onion rings, and a tomato slice.
  7. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
